No dialog button of Crayon Syntax Highlighter in wordpress 3.9 visual editor

WordPress was updated automatically to 3.9, and Crayon plugin I have updates some later manually.

While writing post with it I haven’t found a button to open dialog of Crayon Syntax Highlighter.

Searching in google I haven’t found results.

I tried to reinstall WordPress when Crayon Syntax Highlighter was already updated. And the button appeared!
